DED Hong Kong | Work Permit for Hong Kong Residents in the U.S.

Eligible Hong Kong residents covered under Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) as of Jan. 26, 2023, may remain in the United States through Feb. 5, 2025. They are eligible to work in the United States through an approved I-765 Application for Employment Authorization.
